Hats, gloves and socks needed

There’s still time for you to donate hats, gloves and socks to South Providence Neighborhood Ministries. Each year SPNM gives each elder, parent and child who receives food from the pantry a hat, gloves and socks as part of Santa’s Workshop. Last year over 1,500 individuals received these items to help them through the cold winter days.

We are also still collecting $10.00 gift cards for Stop and Shop to hand out to food pantry recipients as part of their Thanksgiving food basket.

Donations can be left in the boxes in Fellowship Hall. If you prefer to give cash or a check (made out to FBCIA with SPNM in the memo line) see Ken Klauser.

There’s no better way to say thank you for the good things we have received then to give to those in need.
